Our technique camps are geared towards intermediate to advanced wrestlers who are looking to gain a deeper understanding of various techniques in the sport of wrestling. The best wrestlers in the world understand that building a strong foundation is key. Our goal is to strengthen that foundation and build up from there. All camps will place a heavy focus on breaking down technique successful at the highest levels, drilling live situations, learning from personal testimonies and motivational/mental training sessions, plus tailored Q&A sessions to refine technique specific to you.
